Strong and Supported Schools

I will strengthen and expand the relationship between our City and the Lake Oswego School District. It’s an extreme honor that the LOSD board approved the recommendations of State Senator Rob Wagner and LOSD’s Director of Equity and Strategic Initiatives David Salerno-Owens, and I was appointed to the LOSD Diversity Equity & Inclusion Advisory Committee.

As your Lake Oswego City Councilor, I will use my municipal position to further the mission of the LOSD committee to make Lake Oswego and “inclusive and safe learning community with challenging opportunities that develop lifelong learners and contributing world citizens.”

Environmental Respect and Protection

I recognize that we’re all extremely fortunate to live in our lovely Lake Oswego and it’s our responsibility to make sustainable choices for future generations.

As your Lake Oswego City Councilor, I see it as my duty to encourage productive collaboration among community stakeholders to ensure that even more positive choices are made.

Public Safety, Parks and Libraries

Like many residents who bring their families to Lake Oswego, I moved back to LO to raise my children in our safe community with strong municipal programs and opportunities.

As your Lake Oswego City Councilor, I will continue and expand our community’s commitment to strong parks, recreation and library programs. Protecting our investment in these programs enriches lives and promotes our tradition of community livability.
